Building Updates

LOBBY FLOOR MAINTENANCE-Postponed

Due to delays in shipment of supplies, the lobby floors will be waxed next Monday April 6th and Tuesday April 7th starting at 6am each day. The lobby entrances from the street will be blocked off while waxing floors and for a couple of hours after to dry. Please use the garage to enter/exit the lobbies during this time.

First Avenue: Monday April 6th

Front Street: Tuesday April 7th

NEW BEECH STREET GATE

The new Beech Street gate will be in operation within the next couple of weeks. Please note the following:

All grey oval fobs (see image below) will not work on the new vehicle gate. The gate receiver for those fobs is obsolete. However, the oval fobs will still work on doors. All other existing fobs will work. You can purchase new fobs at the Management office for $25.00 each.
