LOBBY FLOOR MAINTENANCE
The lobby floors will be waxed on Monday April 6th and Tuesday April 7th. The lobby entrances from the street will be blocked off while waxing floors and for a couple hours after to dry. Please use the garage to enter/exit the lobbies during this time.

First Ave Lobby: Monday April 6th
Front Street: Tuesday April 7th

BEECH STREET GATE INSTALL—APRIL 10TH
The new Beech Street gate is scheduled to start operating on Friday April 10th. Residents that park in the garage on Cedar will be able to open the gate to access guest parking.

IMPORTANT:
The grey oval fobs shown below will no not work on the new vehicle gate. The receiver for those fobs is obsolete. All other existing fob types will work. You can purchase new fobs from Management for $25 each. Please email mstansberry@actionlife.com to make arrangements for purchase.
