HVAC Preventative Maintenance

DCAC Air Conditioning is offering Palermo residents their discounted rate of $99.00 per unit for preventative maintenance. Service will include a full system check, new filter, and inspection of the condensation for any blockage. They will also provide a list of any repairs needed and cost of repair/replacement. CHARG VIRTUAL COMMUNITY MEETING

The Cortez Hill Active Residents Group (CHARG) is holding a virtual community meeting on August 4, 2020 at 6pm. Join your neighbors to discuss safety issues in the community.
