Fire Life Safety Annual Testing (Unit Access Needed)

National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes 25 & 72 mandate inspection of fire alarms and sprinkler heads annually. This is to ensure all devices function properly in the event of a fire. This includes inspection in all 230 condo units. To efficiently complete the annual inspections mandated by the NFPA we will need in/out access to all 230 units between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm for six (6) days starting on Monday April 12^th, Tuesday April 13^th, Wednesday April 14^th, Thursday the April 15^th, Friday April 16^th, and Monday April 19^th 2021. Please notify Assistant Manager mhashmi@actionlife.com  by Monday, April 1, 2021, if you intend to do be home or leave a key with Management.
