Increased Security Measures at Vehicle Gates

There has been increased unauthorized entries through the vehicle gates. Do not walk through vehicle gates, use the designated pedestrian gates.

Remove Doormats in Hallways of Units Without Coves

In Chapter 10 of the California Fire Code it prohibits obstructions that prevent evacuation in the event of a fire. Door mats can be a tripping hazard, they interfere with floor cleaning, and can be liability to the owners. Please remove your door mat if it is in the hallway, and if you do not have a cove entrance to your unit.

Condo Insurance Requirement

A friendly reminder that owners are required to carry individual insurance for the unit in accordance with section 11.3 of the CC&Rs. This is separate from the master policy that the Association has in place. Please provide a copy of the certificate of insurance for the Association’s master policy and a copy of the CC&Rs to your carrier to recommend appropriate coverage to you. These documents are accessible to owners on the resident portal. Owners are required to produce proof of insurance upon request by the Association.

Trash Strike is Over

The trash strike is finally over! The trash and recycle chutes have been opened for use. Please continue to break down your boxes and walk any items that could clog the chutes down to the main trash rooms.

Trash Strike Update


The strike with Republic Refuse Service continues. Please continue to walk your trash and recyclables to the dumpster rooms. Leave trash and recycle items on the floor bagged (No loose items except boxes). Thank you to everyone who are breaking down their recycle boxes. This is a huge help to the staff, and allows us to manage the limited space.

DO NOT USE THE TRASH OR RECYCLE CHUTES OR THEY WILL BACK UP AND CREATE AND AVOIDABLE DANGER TO THE STAFF. Please be sure to thank the staff when you see them.
