Fire Life Safety Annual Testing (Unit Access Needed)

National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes 25 & 72 mandate inspection of fire alarms and sprinkler heads annually. This is to ensure all devices function properly in the event of a fire. This includes inspection in all 230 condo units. To efficiently complete the annual inspections mandated by the NFPA we will need in/out access to all 230 units between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm for six (6) days starting on Monday April 12th, Tuesday April 13th, Wednesday April 14th, Thursday April 15th, Friday April 16th, and Monday April 19th 2021. Please notify Assistant Manager mhashmi@actionlife.com  by Monday, April 5th, 2021, if you intend to be home, or leave a key with Management.

Construction Notice From a Nearby Site

Swinerton will be installing the Tower Crane at 232 W. Ash St. The work will occur on Front St. between W. Beech & Ash St. Work hours will be Friday 4/9/2021 7:00 PM and will be working continuously until Monday 4/12/2021 5:00 AM. Noise from trucks and the Crane may be present in your area throughout the weekend.

Beech Street Vehicle Gate

Palermo Residents,

The Beech Street vehicle gate will be inoperable due to an unforeseen issue. The three interior gates will be activated today for use until the issue is resolved.

Remove Doormats in Hallways of Units Without Coves

In Chapter 10 of the California Fire Code it prohibits
obstructions that prevent evacuation in the event of a
fire. Door mats can be a tripping hazard, they interfere
with floor cleaning, and can be liability to the owners.
Please remove your door mat if it is in the hallway, and if
you do not have a cove entrance to your unit.
