Did you know that that six cameras are now trained on the developing East Village Green, allowing the public to track progress on the emerging 60,000-square-foot park in real time?

The future park will be located in an area bounded by 13th, F, 14th and G streets. It will encompass two separate areas for small and large unleashed dogs, a two-level community center, a children’s playground, a central lawn, a cafe, and underground parking that will accommodate 185 vehicles.

The four-acre project began moving ahead full steam in 2022 and is expected to be completed in mid-2025.

The awnings on the exterior of the building will be power washed this Friday August 4^th, 2023. Please watch for water hoses that may be on the sidewalks as the cleaning crew performs their work this Friday.

First Avenue Lobby and Front Street Lobby will temporarily be closed for cleaning and waxing on Friday July 7, 2023.

First Ave Lobby will be closed 8:00am – 11:30am.

Front Street Lobby will be closed 12:00 – 3:30pm.

All plants kept in the exclusive use balcony areas and patio areas shall be kept in pots or planters which do not allow water to drain outside of such pot or planter, and must not be allowed to collect condensates or moisture between the receptacles and the floors.
