Janitorial and Building Engineer Staff Members

Air Conditioning ? HVAC Units

Summer is approaching soon. Consider having your HVAC unit serviced before summer arrives. HVAC vendors availability drastically decreases, and prices typically increase when the weather is hot. Notify Management to attain access to the roof for your vendor. Access to the roof can be provided Monday through Friday 8:00a.m. – 3:30p.m.

Vehicle Gates

Pedestrian access through vehicle gates is strictly prohibited. The purpose of this rule is for personal safety, unnecessary wear on the gates, and building security. The Association is looking to achieve full compliance with this rule. Please walk through the pedestrian gates when entering and exiting the garages.

Bulk Trash Disposal

Please do not dispose of furniture or bulk items that fill up the trash/recycle bins, or leave them in the trash rooms. The trash vendor charges the Association per item to haul off-site. Fees will be billed back to responsible parties.

Community Management Update

Recently a change was made in the way that Management processes inbound phone calls after business hours through the Community Care department.  To assist urgent requests first, we are prioritizing urgent matters such as active water leaks or stuck access gates/doors and other items that require immediate attention.

Due to this, a system was created for nonurgent matters that minimizes your impact of being on hold by allowing you to request a callback from us while holding your place in line. Callbacks are usually within a few minutes, however it can be longer based on call volume at that time. If you would like to speak with someone immediately, please use our chat system at resident.actionlife.com and a Community Care Team Member is usually available within just 60 seconds!
