Lobby Floor Cleaning and Waxing 3/10/2023

The lobby floors in the First Ave lobby are getting cleaned and waxed 3/10/2023 between 8:00am and 12:00pm.

The lobby floors from the lobby to the gym are getting cleaned and waxed 3/10/2023 between 12:00pm to 4:00pm. Please use an alternative route during the times listed above for each lobby

Dogs Must Be On A Leash In The Building

Please do not let your dog off of the leash inside of the building. All dogs must be on a leash in common areas. Thank you for your cooperation.

Smoke Detectors / Carbon Monoxide Detectors

Are the batteries fresh? Even hardwired systems need battery back-up in the event of a power outage. Set a reminder to change the batteries annually or as specified by the manufacturer in your smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors.

Ten years is considered the life of a smoke alarm unit. Inspect your current units. They should have a date of manufacture. Toss any units that you find older than that or that don’t have a date on them.  Conduct checks of all your alarms to ensure that they are working properly.

Construction / Maintenance / Repairs in Units

A friendly reminder that working hours are limited to Monday through Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. No work is allowed on weekends or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Work that is not disruptive to others by noise, vibrations, or odors (e.g. painting) is not subject to the limitations set forth under “working hours” but, requires prior approval by Management.
