Clean Up Cortez Hill Day

Saturday January 28, 2023 come join your fellow community members to volunteer to clean up Cortez Hill area. Gloves, sweepers, bags, water, etc provided. Meet at Ash & 4th Ave @ 9:00am. Sponsored by CHARGE: Cortez Hill Active Residents Group and Clean and Safe.

All Vehicles Must Be Removed From The Garages – Read Details Carefully

All parking spaces in each garage must be vacant on the dates indicated below between 8am and 4pm for garage power washing, and drain jetting:

Cedar Street Garage / UL / Level #1 – Monday January 23, 2023 from 8:00am – 4:00pm

MG Garage – Tuesday January 24, 2023 from 8:00am – 4:00pm

LG Garage – Wednesday January 25, 2023 from 8:00am – 4:00pm

Please note that all vehicles that are not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense. Additional fees will be charged to the Association to reschedule the services if vehicles are not moved. All costs related to rescheduling maintenance will be assessed to the unit owner if due to inaccessibility of parking space(s) on the scheduled date / time.

Guest parking will be available on a first come first serve basis. You must visibly display your guest parking permit in the vehicle if parked in guest parking.

Other important instructions: Second floor residents, place sink stoppers in your sinks, and put your toilet lids down in case debris comes up the pipes during drain jetting.

Construction/Maintenance/Repairs

A friendly reminder that working hours are limited to Monday through Friday, between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. No work is allowed on weekends or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

Work that is not disruptive to others by noise, vibrations, or odors (e.g. painting) is not subject to the limitations set forth under “working hours” but, requires prior approval by Management.

Lobby Floor Cleaning Front Street

The lobby floors from the lobby to the gym are getting cleaned and waxed on:

Friday December 8th, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm

If possible, please use an alternative route.

Elevator/Stair access on MG southside will be blocked off during the hours indicated. Please use an alternative route.
