Trick Or Treat Sign Ups

If you would like to participate in handing out candy at your unit please email jaiswinton@actionlife.com to get your unit on the approved list for this event. A list of approved units for trick or treaters will be emailed out to Palermo Residents 10/28/2024.

Trick or Treating will be On Thursday October 31, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.

In Unit Fire Life Safety Inspections 10/7 -10/10/2024

  • National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes 25 & 72 mandate the inspections of fire alarms and sprinkler heads annually. This is to ensure all devices function properly in the event of a fire. This includes inspection in all 230 condo units.

Testing Schedule Dates by Floors:

Floors 6 and 5 on Monday October 7, 2024

Floors 4 and 3 on Tuesday October 8, 2024

Floors 2 and 1 on Wednesday October 9, 2024

Common areas on Thursday October 10, 2024

  • Coordinating access to units is always a challenge since there isn’t a master key system. To efficiently complete the annual inspections mandated by the NFPA we will need in/out access to units between 8:00 am. and 5:00 pm. Please be advised that access to your unit must be provided for the entire 8:00 am. – 5:00 pm time frame on the day of your inspection, and an appointment with a specific time on your inspection date is not available.
  • Vendors will be accompanied by the building engineer in units that are accessed by spare key. If you have pets, please secure them. We will not access units with pets that are not secured. Please be advised that working at home during these days will be challenging as your in-unit alarm may ring all of the days of testing.

RENTAL OF RESIDENTIAL UNIT

No Owner may lease such Owner’s Condominium for less that thirty (30) days. Owners must submit a lease agreement to Management each time there is a change in the resident(s) of the unit.

Pool Rules

Pool Is Open – Read Pool Rules

■ Pool hours are Sunday through Thursday 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Friday, Saturday, and Holidays

8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.

No glass or sharp objects are allowed in the pool or spa area.

■ Music should be kept at a minimum level. The noise level must be kept to your personal area only so as not to disturb others.

■ Gates are to be closed and locked at all times. No propping open gates.

■ No pets of any kind are permitted in the pool or spa areas.

■ Each Resident is responsible to clean up after themselves and their guests. BBQ and Kitchen must be cleaned after every use.

■ No saving chairs, tables or loungers. You must be present in the pool area to maintain you chair/s, tables, or loungers.

■ Children under the age of fourteen (14) years are not allowed in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult eighteen (18) years of age or older.

■ Lifeguard or supervisory service is not provided at any time. Anyone using the recreational facilities shall do so at their own risk, responsibility and liability.

■ Smoking is prohibited within the pool and spa areas.

   ■ Only 4 guests per unit is allowed at one time in the

pool and spa area.
