Possible Unrest Downtown
Dear Palermo Resident,
There is a concern across the nation that there could be demonstrations during election week. We hope for a peaceful week, but out of an abundance of caution, please review the following:
The security staff will be monitoring the facility on foot patrols, and via cameras as well as. The security team has policies and procedures in place to address vandalism, unauthorized entry into the buildings, and periods of unrest in the neighborhood.
Here is how you can help:
·When you drive into the garage, please stop on the ramp and make sure that the gate closes behind you. If you see any pedestrians follow you into the garage please notify the staff or security immediately.
·If you are entering the Community through one of the pedestrian doors, please make sure the door closes behind you, and no one slides in.
·Do not fob anyone into the building that you do not know.
·Remove any spare keys and remotes from your vehicles.
Most importantly, if you see something, say something. If you see a crime taking place, or fear for your safety, please call 911. For non-emergencies during normal business hours contact Management at (619) 786-7497. If it is an afterhours non-emergency call Palermo security at (619) 500-1850.
