Deadbolt locks were installed on the three bike room doors. This added security measure will help prevent entrance by prying the doors open. The deadbolts are keyed the same as your existing bike room key. Please lock the deadbolt every time you exit the bike rooms.

Please be advised that a full water shut down (Hot and Cold Water) is required for Building 3 on Monday, November 30, 2020. The water is expected to be shut off from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for necessary repairs.

This is a friendly reminder that with Thanksgiving coming up next week, the management’s office will be closed Thursday 11/26/2020 and Friday 11/27/2020 in observance of the Holiday. Management will be on-site Monday 11/30/2020. For any emergencies please call Actions After Hours at 1-800-400-2284.  We wish everyone a good thanksgiving and please stay safe.

On Friday, November 13, 2020 indoor gyms will be closed again due to the County returning to purple tier restrictions. The Palermo gym will close at 5:00 p.m. this Friday, November 13, 2020. We will look forward to opening the gym again as the County permits.

Per County guidelines that take effect 11/13/2020, the pool and spa will remain open. Please review the postings at the pool area before use, and follow the guidelines in place. Thank you for your cooperation.
