Do not allow your pet/s to relieve themselves in common areas, this includes the street level.  Please take your pets across the street on Cedar St. to the designated pet relieving area. Help us eliminate the damage to our common areas with unsightly stains and odors. Thank you for respecting your neighbors on the first floor, and our facilities.

In addition to our monthly sidewalk power washing, First St. and Beech St. will receive a deep cleaning to address the excess grime on these blocks. The bristle scrubbing, and power washing will begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude by 1:00 p.m.

If you have a unit on these blocks, please close your windows when they are washing your section. They will be making multiple passes to extract the grime. Remove anything from your patio that you do not want to get dirty. For extra precaution you can put a towel at your door sill.

Submit you ballots for the Board Directors candidates by October 27^th, 2020. If you have not received your ballot by mail, please stop by the office to receive your ballot.  Thank you for voting.

Please pick-up after your furry little 4-legged ones. Bring a bag with you each time to remove the waste, as there are not always bags available in the stations. Please take your pets across the street on Cedar St., or other designated areas. Please be mindful of the units, and planters on the 1^st floor.

Thank you for voting for the pool reconstruction project. The measure passed with 183 in favor of the loan, and 8 opposed. The results of the voter ballots that were turned in are posted in the bulletin board by the gym.

Management will keep you updated as the project continues to develop.
