Building Committee Solicitation
We are looking for owners interested in joining the Palermo Building Committee. The objective of the Committee is to suggest ideas and research building enhancements/improvements to the Board for consideration. The Committee must consist of three to seven members. Must be owners in good standing. If interested, please contact Management for an application.
Annual Meeting & Board Election
Owners, look out for theĀ notice and ballot for the annual meeting and Board election in the mail. We have two seats up for election and five candidates running for the Board of Directors. You can mail-in or drop off your ballot at the Management Office by 5pm April 24thor bring to the annual meeting on April 25th.
Board Solicitation & Inspectors of Election Needed
The annual meeting and Board election is scheduled Thursday April 18th @ 6:30pm. This year, there are two seats up for election. Each seat is for a two-year term. You must be an owner in good standing to run for the Board. The Board meets once monthly and may meet more than once some months.

In addition, we are looking for up to three owners to tabulate ballots at the annual meeting. If you want to get involved with the association but not to the capacity of filling a seat on the Board, here’s your chance!

Front and Beech Planned Development
A notice was recently sent to residents from Affirm Housing Group about plans for a 7-story, 95ft tall affordable housing project to be developed at the southeast corner of Front and Beech (directly across the street from Palermo). They would like to personally meet with Palermo residents to discuss the development and answer questions. Management is working with them to coordinate a meeting on site.

Proposed Scooter Rule
The Board is reconsidering the proposed scooter rule previously posted. Further discussion will be held at the December 20th Board meeting.
