Elevators: State Testing

24 Hour Elevator will be on-site at 7am on Monday May 11th to perform testing on the elevators as required by the state for renewal of permits. There will be at least one elevator accessible while testing is performed on others.

Palermo Covid-19 Updates

Gym & Pool Closures: Palermo Owners Association is following same Covid-19 guidelines and recommendations set by the County. The gym and pool area will re-open when public gyms and pools re-open.
Lobby Doors: General note to all residents to use the handles on lobby doors when entering/exiting rather than touching/kicking glass. It has been a challenge keeping up with cleaning footprints off the glass. Your cooperation is appreciated!
Trash: The trash chutes are getting clogged regularly. Reminder to take boxes down to the trash rooms on level 1.

Upcoming Building Maintenance

Management is coordinating carpet cleaning on all residential floors, touch-up paint in common areas, and power washing of concrete at the street-level units and corridors within the next couple of months.
