Face Coverings
Posted By jgoodman on July 12, 2021
The State provided updated guidance for face coverings that went into effect on June 15th. By entering this building without a face covering/mask, you are representing and attesting to the Association that you are fully vaccinated. The Association kindly requests that residents that are not fully vaccinated continue to wear face coverings/masks while in the Association’s indoor common areas.
*Exemptions to mask requirements:
• Persons younger than two years old. Very young children must not wear a mask because of the risk of suffocation.
• Persons with a medical condition, mental health condition, or disability that prevents wearing a mask. This includes persons with a medical condition for whom wearing a mask could obstruct breathing or who are unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove a mask without assistance.
• Persons who are hearing impaired, or communicating with a person who is hearing impaired, where the ability to see the mouth is essential for communications.
• Persons for whom wearing a mask would create a risk to the person related to their work, as determined by local, state, or federal regulators or workplace safety guidelines.
Use of the Elevator
If residents are not comfortable riding the elevator with more than two residents, please wait for the next available elevator as we want to assure that all residents feel safe and secure in this small space.
