Reporting Building Emergencies

In the event of a unit flood, leak or other building emergency that need immediate attention be sure that you are reporting it the proper way. If it is after office business hours call the 24 hour emergency line at 1-800-400-2284. Please do not call the office or email about building emergencies after business hours. Management office hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s 8:00am – 5:30pm. Tuesday and Thursday’s 8:00am – 4:30 pm. The office phone number is 619-786-7497.
