Annual Fire Life Safety Inspections _ Updated

If you have not responded to Management of how you will be providing access to your unit for inspections, please do so as soon as possible.

Residents that will be home during the four days of testing please be advised that all devices in the building including your unit will sound every day of testing. The testing is extremely loud so you may want to consider alternative plans for working at home, and for your pets.

We understand that this is a substantial inconvenience, and thank you for your efforts as we work together to accomplish the mandates of the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Codes 25 & 72.

Annual fire life safety inspections will take place on August 22^nd, through August 25^th, 2022. The inspections include all 230 units, and common area fire life safety devices, and equipment.  

Testing Schedule Dates by Floors:

Floors 6 and 5 on Monday August 22^nd, 2022

Floors 4 and 3 on Tuesday August 23^rd, 2022

Floors 2 and 1 on Wednesday August 24^th, 2022 Common areas on Thursday August 25^th, 2022
