Pool Reconstruction Update by jgoodman · February 9, 2024 The pool reconstruction project is 37% completed. The General Contractors estimate that the completion date for the pool reconstruction project will be mid-April, 2024. The plumbing and electrical conduit has been installed. Waterproofing, decking concrete, and building of the planters is in progress. This month the projected schedule includes the pool and spa to be re-plastered, and the barbeque grills to be installed.
