Elevator Closure Front Street Lobby – Update

Unfortunately the repairs that took place on elevator two in Front Street lobby on 6/6/2024 did not address the issue that is keeping the elevator out of commission. The Associations elevator vendor will be sending a proposal for the required repairs next week. Upon receipt, Management will send another update with a tentative time frame for the anticipated date that the elevator will be back in service. Thank you for your patience with this building issue.
