Pool Reconstruction – Update

The last remaining item to complete in order for the pool to open is the fob systems for the 4 pool access points. The pool contractor accidentally cut the conduit for the four fob pool access points when performing concrete slab work. It was not known at the time that the conduit was cut and fried the main access board that controls those fob stations.

The pool contractor is working on fixing the issue at no additional cost. They expect the work to be completed Thursday, 6/27/2024. The pool contractor advised that the City is expected to conduct their inspection on Friday, June, 28 2024, and if that occurs the pool could possibly be opened after the inspection.
