Guest Parking Rules and Enforcement

Guest parking always requires an Association permit without exception. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owners’ expense. Guest parking permit allowance is up to 24-hours each time. The permit may be used for a maximum of five (5) times per calendar month.

Make sure that you or your guest display an Association parking permit on the dashboard of the vehicle. Handicap/Accessible Parking does require an Association parking pass in addition to a Handicap/Accessible parking permit. Non-Compliant vehicles will be towed by Western Towing (619) 531-2844.
