More Ballots Needed to Hold Annual Meeting
As of 6/6/2025, 52 ballots have been received by Management. A quorum of 25% of the voting power, or 58 owners, is required to hold the meeting. Ballots are due by mail on June 8, 2025. The annual meeting starts at 5:00 P.M. on June 9, 2025 and will be held in the conference room on the 3rd floor.
