All Vehicles Must Be Removed From The Garages – Read Details Carefully

All parking spaces in each garage must be vacant on the dates indicated below between 8am and 4pm for garage power washing, and drain jetting:

Cedar Street Garage / UL / Level #1 – Monday January 23, 2023 from 8:00am – 4:00pm

MG Garage – Tuesday January 24, 2023 from 8:00am – 4:00pm

LG Garage – Wednesday January 25, 2023 from 8:00am – 4:00pm

Please note that all vehicles that are not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense. Additional fees will be charged to the Association to reschedule the services if vehicles are not moved. All costs related to rescheduling maintenance will be assessed to the unit owner if due to inaccessibility of parking space(s) on the scheduled date / time.

Guest parking will be available on a first come first serve basis. You must visibly display your guest parking permit in the vehicle if parked in guest parking.
