Community Management Update

Recently a change was made in the way that Management processes inbound phone calls after business hours through the Community Care department. To assist urgent requests first, we are prioritizing urgent matters such as active water leaks or stuck access gates/doors and other items that require immediate attention.
Due to this, a system was created for nonurgent matters that minimizes your impact of being on hold by allowing you to request a callback from us while holding your place in line. Callbacks are usually within a few minutes, however it can be longer based on call volume at that time. If you would like to speak with someone immediately, please use our chat system at resident.actionlife.com and a Community Care Team Member is usually available within just 60 seconds!
