In Unit Fire Inspections Begin This Monday 9/25/2023

Please be advised that working at home during these days will be challenging as your in-unit alarm may ring all of the days of testing. If you are planning on being home for the day of your inspection and leave your unit, please verify that you have a key on file with Management, and that you have granted permission to enter your unit.

If your unit is inaccessible in the time frame and date indicated below, the unit Owner will be billed all costs related to reschedule inspections with the fire life safety vendors.

Testing Schedule Dates by Floors:

Floors 6 and 5 on Monday September 25, 2023

Floors 4 and 3 on Tuesday September 26, 2023

Floors 2 and 1 on Wednesday September 27, 2023

Common areas on Thursday September 28, 2023

Coordinating access to 230 units is always a challenge since there isn’t a master key system. To efficiently complete the annual inspections mandated by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) the fire life safety vendors will need in/out access to units between 8:00 am. and 5:00 pm.
