MOVE IN/OUT PROCEDURES

Moves are permitted Monday-Saturday ONLY between 8am and 5pm.

Must select a 4-hour window between 8am and 5pm. Usually 8am to 12pm or 1pm to 5pm.

Move In/Out Fee: $225.00
Short notice fee $100.00 | Overtime Fee: $60.00/hr.
*Paid directly to JLS Moving Solutions*
JLS Solutions will collect and invoice for all charges with the exception of deposit

Move In Deposit: $0
Move Out Deposit: $250.00 By only check or money order only payable to Piazza Palermo OA delivered to Management.

Insurance required for professional moving companies.

SUBMITTAL PROCEDURES

• Form must be submitted to JLS or management a minimum of 7 days in advance. For scheduling a Move In or Out of Piazza Palermo reach out to JLS at (619) 674-7545 or booksd@jlsmovingsolutions.com.
• You must receive a calendar confirmation of the move form receipt a minimum of 5 days in advance.

JLS Solutions will email an invoice to you at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move date. The move fee is $225.00. Moves that extend past the 4-hour window will be charged an additional $60/hour. They accept either cash, credit/debit, or Venmo. Cash payments will be collected by the move coordinator on the day of the move.

JLS Moving and Coordinating will call you from an unknown number the evening before your move date between 5-7pm to review protocol. If the call is not answered, they will leave a voice message.
