4th of July Pool Area Reminders

Enjoy a sunny three-day 4^th of July weekend at Palermo! Please remember the pool closes 11pm on Friday & Saturdays, and 10pm Sunday through Thursday. Note, glass or ceramics are forbidden in the pool area. This is for safety as if breakables such as glass or ceramics shatter, the pool & spa must be drained for vacuuming so no one can be harmed. The cost of labor, water, and chemicals ($$$$) for draining and restarting the pool may be assessed to the resident responsible for bringing in the breakable object. Separately please be reminded that you are are limited to (4) four guests per unit in the pool area & pets are not allowed.
Please also note the following:

• Dispose of trash in receptacles provided.
• No propping gates or doors open.
• NO diving, running, pushing, throwing objects, wheeled toys, surfboards, or loud music.

Non-compliance with pool area rules may result in fines or expulsion.
