Upcoming Registration Renewal for Bicycle & Surfboard Storage: COMPLETE BY 8/22

We would like to remind everyone about the appropriate storage locations for bicycles and surfboards in our community, and the importance of their registration renewal.

We have three bicycle storage rooms: Room #1 at the North East corner of the Main Garage (MG) level; Room #2 at the Lower Garage (LG) level in the North East corner and Room #3 in the South West corner of LG (room 3). Room 1 also includes a surfboard rack. Spaces in these rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Before storing your bicycles or surfboards in these rooms, you must make sure you have registered with Management, and have attached the issued decal visibly on your item. Any items found without a decal will be removed without prior notice, and the Association is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Remember, storage items including specifically bicycles and surfboards cannot be stored in Exclusive Use Easement Areas or on patios, balconies, parking spaces, or any area that is part of the common view.

All residents that wish to or wish to continue to use the aforementioned storage rooms must RENEWAL REGISTRATION by August 22. Please download a Storage Permit Application form from the Resident Portal (My Community > Documents) and register your item with Management by 8/22 and retrieve their new permit stickers. New users will need to purchase a storage room key for $25. Items not registered will be considered abandoned items left for the Association to donate.
