Closed for Cleaning 8:30am-1:30pm:
8/12 First Ave (northeast)
The trash and recycling chutes at the northeast end (near First Ave) will be closed on Tuesday, August 12th, from 8:30am to 1:30pm for cleaning. Please dispose of your waste before or after these times. Trash and Recycling Chute Cleaning & Trash Room Power Washing maintenance is to address smelly residue left by unbagged trash.
Remember to always bag your trash properly and not put loose items down the chute to avoid this occurrence
LOBBY CLOSURE (Front Street) FRIDAY AUGUST 15TH 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
The Front Street Lobby, including the MG southwest garage pedestrian entry, lobby elevator, stairs, mailroom, and gym, will be temporarily closed Friday, August 15th, from 8:00am to 2:00pm
for floor polishing and waxing to address scratches.
During this time, please retrieve all guests and vendors via an alternate route. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
