Thank you to all who attended last month’s Happy Hour — it was great to see everyone. To keep the fun going, Palermo’s Social Committee invites you to celebrate the summer on Friday, September 10th with a poolside Luau! Come enjoy some delicious Hawaiian dishes, fun decorations, and great music with your neighbors!

Please be aware that sounds from inside your unit can easily transfer to your surrounding units. Some helpful tips to reduce sound transfer are; not wearing shoes in your unit, the use of throw rugs in high traffic areas with hard surface flooring, walking with the least amount of impact as possible, and keeping music and other audibles sounds at reasonable levels. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Please do your part to minimize the sound transfer from your unit. Your neighbors will greatly appreciate it.

If you have problems with slow drains, please do not use common drain “cleaners” or “openers” such as DRANO, or other similar products, particularly acid-based products.  These types of chemicals are harmful to pipes, and could potentially cause more harm than good. 

If you experience slow or clogged drains, please contact a qualified plumber as the easiest and most effective means of clearing drain lines is to snake the line and remove the clog. 

All 36 exterior awnings are scheduled to be power washed on Monday August 9^th, 2021.
