DRAIN JETTING SCHEDULE 2021

Pipe Trades has been contracted by the Association to jet the main line drains week of December 13^th. Units that have parking spaces with pipe drains located above that are affected will receive hand-delivered notices and emails with additional information.

Building Three Water Restored

Good afternoon,

Building three water has been restored. It may take up to 2 hours for the hot water to return to standard temperature.

Thank you for your patience with the necessary plumbing repairs.

Building 3 Water Shut Down – Wednesday 11/3/2021

Please be advised that a full water shut down is required for Building 3 on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. The water is expected to be shut off from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm for necessary repairs.

The following units will be affected by the water shut off:
