Building #1 Water Shutdown This Thursday 6/17/2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

There will be a building one water shut down this Thursday June 17th, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The work being performed during this water shut down is the re plumbing of a common area domestic water supply line.

Thank you for your patience and understanding with this building component replacement.

Plumbing Clogs

If you have problems with slow drains, please do not use common drain “cleaners” or “openers” such as DRANO, or other similar products, particularly acid-based products.  These types of chemicals are harmful to pipes, and could potentially cause more harm than good.

If you experience slow or clogged drains, please contact a qualified plumber as the easiest and most effective means of clearing drain lines is to snake the line and remove the clog

Construction Notice

The City informed us that there will be construction activity within one week to install ADA compliant curb ramps. The curb ramps will be installed at 1st Ave & Beech St. (NW Corner), and Front & Beech St. (NE Corner). No parking signs will be displayed 72 hours in advance in the designated areas.

  • Tenant has a City of San Diego address.
  • Household income is at or below 80 percent of San Diego’s Area Median Income (AMI), currently $97,000 per year for a family of four.

  • Household experienced or is at risk of experiencing homelessness or housing instability.

Smoke Detectors / Carbon Monoxide Detectors

Are the batteries fresh? Even hardwired systems need battery back-up in the event of a power outage. Set a reminder to change the batteries annually or as specified by the manufacturer in your smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detectors.

Ten years is considered the life of a smoke alarm unit. Inspect your current units. They should have a date of manufacture. Replace any units that you find older than that, or that don’t have a date displayed on them.  Conduct checks of all your alarms to insure that they are working properly.
