Management

Trash Shoot Clogs

Please break down all of your boxes and bring them to the trash rooms. Items that appear to fit in the shoots can shift on their way down, and get lodged sideways to create blockage. Clogged shoots creates an avoidable danger to the staff. Thank you for taking the extra time to take boxes, or large trash items to the trash rooms.

Fire Life Safety Concluded

Palermo Residents,

The fire inspections have concluded. You will not hear ringing in your unit that is related to testing anymore without being notified prior by email. Any ringing of the alarms without prior notification should be treated as an emergency, and prompt you to evacuate the building.

All wall devices that were found to be deficient have been replaced. There were multiple units where sprinkler deficiencies were identified. Management will contact those units individually to schedule the replacement of the deficient sprinkler heads.

Your patience and cooperation though this required testing is greatly appreciated.
