Trick or Treating will be this Monday October 31, 2022 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at approved units only.  Thank you, participants, for submitting your RSVP’s to Management to get on the approved list for this event. The approved list will be emailed to Palermo Residents on Friday October 28, 2022.

If you would like to participate in handing out candy at your unit please email jaiswinton@actionlife.com to get your unit on the approved list for this event. A list of approved units for trick or treaters will be emailed out to Palermo Residents 10/28/2022.

If you have a dog/s that would like to trick or treat, stop by unit 101!

Fire Safety Testing has been completed. If you hear the fire alarm sound in your unit, or common areas after 10:40 am 10/12/2022 treat as a real evacuation.

The fire alarms will sound briefly in units and common areas on Wednesday October 12^th, 2022 at approximately 9:00am – 9:30am. The reason for this is for our fire life safety vendor to verify that the deficiencies that were identified in the recent fire safety inspections are working correctly. The sounding of the alarms should be very minimal (5 separate short chirps spread out over about 30 minutes).
