The lobby floors in the First Ave lobby are getting cleaned and waxed on:

Friday December 2nd, between 8:00am and 12:00pm

Please use an alternative route.

• Turn off the main water shut off valve if you are out of your unit for more than 48 hours.
• If there are any active leaks in you unit turn off the main water shut off valves in your unit immediately. *Be familiar with how to do this before an emergency water shut down could be required in your unit*
• A strainer should be used in your sink/s, and all food should be discarded in the trash
• Do not run your washing machine, dishwasher, or dryer unless you are in the unit and can monitor them as you are using them.
• Do not overload your washing machine
• Notify HOA management at first sign of leak/flooding
• Monitor water levels when filling sinks and tubs with water.
• Break down boxes and bring them to the trash rooms to help avoid recycle chute clogs

The Palermo Social Committee is having a party to kick off the holiday season and you are invited. The delicious food will be catered by San Diego Sliders. Bring your own drinks (No Glass).

Come join us on the pool deck, and club room to enjoy some great food, fun, and conversations with your neighbors!

On Friday November 4th, 2022 the 5th floor fire alarm will briefly sound at approximately 9:00a.m. The ring should last less than 5 seconds. Palermo’s fire life safety vendor was not able to accomplish this required repair during their last visit that was supposed to be the final scheduled disruption. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Trick or Treating will be Monday October 31, 2022 5:00 – 7:00 pm. The following units are on the approved list. Please do not trick or treat at units that are not on the list below. Enjoy!
